This post is a month late, but I have to congratulate my bestest friend Erica! Erica and Nolan(who happens to be one heck of a guy) got engaged on new years eve. I couldn't be happier for the couple. They are a perfect match and I can't wait for the wedding day! I have the honor of being the matron of honor and also the lucky task of creating Jewel Numkki dresses for all the bridesmaids!!

Happy holidays everyone!

Yes, I'm still enjoying the rain as most of you are hoping for it to stop. As I mentioned earlier rain makes me happy and that calls for cookie making. I baked some cookies for me and the husband to decorate. I ended up decorating everything and husband ended up just eating :)

On my birthday I woke up to one of my favorite things. Rain. I love rain. I love cool gloomy days. Most people don't like gloomy weather, but I'm a November baby. I like being bundled up in coats and scarves with a hot cup of coffee in hand when it's cold outside.

That was a beginning to a weekend of fun and laughter with many of my favorite people. I feel so blessed to have so many wonderful people in my life and even more blessed that I was able to celebrate my 30th birthday with them.
